Thank you for your interest in serving on a SAG-AFTRA National Committee!

If you wish to continue on your current committee, please also complete this form. 

National Committee service request forms must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. PDT, Friday, October 6, 2023.

  • For a partial list of National Committee Mission Statements click here.
  • National committees meet once per calendar quarter unless union business requires more frequent meetings, and meet by Zoom.
  • To review How Your Union Works click here.
  • Interested in Local Committee service? Information on how to get involved with Local Committees will be forwarded from your Local (where applicable).
  • Members serving on Union committees, National or Local, are unpaid volunteers.
